UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE is a cloud service provided by UNIVERGE BLUE® that allows you to sync files between multiple computers, UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE Web portal and mobile devices, as well as securely share them with your co-workers and external collaborators. The following article describes UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE mobile client for iOS devices.
Note: UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE Mobile has a minimum supported iOS version of iOS 14 and higher, and Android version 11 and higher.
To download and install the application, search for it in AppStore using the keyword UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE.
Note: If you see the following 2FA prompt, this means that two-factor authentication is enabled for you by the administrator:

Note: Periodically you will be prompted to provide alternate contact information (email address and mobile phone) when logging into UNIVERGE BLUE® CONNECT, UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE, UNIVERGE BLUE® MEET, UNIVERGE BLUE® ENGAGE (for users with 2FA enabled).
If password recovery information is already saved, it is validated upon further logins after either it was changed or 30 days have passed.
After the application is installed, it requires you to log in. Type in the email address and password and tap Login.

From the Main Screen you can:
- add folders and files
- remove folders and files
- switch between backed up folders
- view Activity feed
- add files to Favorites
- view application settings
Tap the + icon and tap Add Folder to add a folder.

Files can be:
- added to Offline;
- shared in UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE by sending a link to a file to a person you would like to share it with. The person can be both internal and external to your organization. You can also protect the link with a password;
- opened in another application, sent by email or printed.
To delete files or folders, tap the check button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, choose the file or folder and tap Delete.
To view other top-level folders aside from My Blue Share folder, tap Other Folders.
To view Activity feed, in the bottom menu, tap Activity
Note: Activity feed contains only 1000 last events. All Deleted events are filtered out.
To view the settings menu, tap Settings in the bottom menu. Here you can:
- change camera upload settings
- turn passcode on and off
- send feedback
- view UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE information
- log out
Once Passcode is turned On and Touch ID is enabled on iOS device it is possible to use Touch ID to access UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE.
