Name: Enter a name for the Entrypoint (e.g. Main IVR Entry).
Description: Enter a description for the application's Entrypoint (e.g. From PSTN). The text entered for the Description will appear inside the BF shape placed in your application.
Termination Number: Enter a termination number. This is the phone number callers will dial to get in to the IVR call flow.
