Scheduled Dialouts allows users to take advantage of power dialing for outbound campaigns. It allows you to load a list of calls to be made, including caller information, start and stop times, re-dial attempts, and the date the call attempt will expire if no connection is made. To access the Scheduled Dialouts options, login to the UNIVERGE BLUE™ ENGAGE Admin portal, and go to Configure > Outreach > Scheduled Dialouts.
