Integrations > FTP Export > FTP General Settings
This article describes the general settings you must set up in order to configure the integration between UNIVERGE BLUE® ENGAGE and FTP and it's part of a set of articles that explain how to integrate UNIVERGE BLUE® ENGAGE with third-party systems and applications.

 

In the General tab, you can configure the frequency with which to export data to your FTP server.

To configure exporting frequency

  1. Access FTP Export as explained in FTP Export. The page opens to the General tab by default.

  2. Select to click the Export data every day after checkbox. Then enter the time you want the data exported.
    TIP
    • You can only choose times between midnight (00:00) and 07:55 AM. This is to prevent disruptions during the operations of the current day.
    • The data that will be exported are the call recordings and any additional call detail records you select as explained in FTP Data Export Options.
  3. Click Update when done.
    Important ALWAYS click Update or your changes WILL NOT be saved.
