In the General tab, you can configure the frequency with which to export data to your FTP server.
To configure exporting frequency
- Access FTP Export as explained in FTP Export. The page opens to the General tab by default.
- Select to click the Export data every day after checkbox. Then enter the time you want the data exported.
TIP
- You can only choose times between midnight (00:00) and 07:55 AM. This is to prevent disruptions during the operations of the current day.
- The data that will be exported are the call recordings and any additional call detail records you select as explained in FTP Data Export Options.
- Click Update when done.
Important ALWAYS click Update or your changes WILL NOT be saved.
