Use FTP (File Transfer Protocol) to transfer files between a client and a server on a computer network. With this feature, you can export call recordings and/or Call Detail Records from the previous day to your chosen secure FTP server. This will let you manage the storage of the call recordings on your own premise and/or let you store or take action (i.e., feed into an offline reporting system) on call detail records.
You can also choose to have your call recordings and/or Call Detail Records exported. In addition, you can define which specific aspects of the call data you want to view for reporting purposes. For example, you can choose to add the callback activity to the data that is transferred, but not the voicemail activity.
For whitelisting purposes, use:
- Canadian clients: 38.122.70.74 or 206.225.166.129
- US clients: 64.78.55.11, 64.78.55.12, 64.78.4.130, 166.78.93.64 or 64.78.51.129
- London clients: 185.64.214.96

To access FTP Export
- Log on to UNIVERGE BLUE® ENGAGE Admin Portal.
- Click the Integrations tab, and then click the FTP Export tile.
The FTP Export page opens to the General tab.
