Evaluator > Templates
This article provides an overview of the Templates tab, and it's part of a set of articles that explain how to use the Evaluator tool. Use the navigation above to return to the parent article, and jump to another article in the set from there.

 

Before doing an Evaluation you will have to create the templates and questions that will be used to evaluate the agent-customer interactions.

To create an Evaluation template:

After opening the Evaluator, click on the Form Templates tab. After clicking on the tab you will be presented with a screen showing all existing templates.

Note: the very first time you access the Evaluator, there will be no existing templates and the screen will appear blank.
