To create a new version of an existing bulletin:

  1. From the Client Admin Portal, navigate to Configuration > Bulletins.
  2. Click Edit Audio, located to the right of the Bulletin you wish to edit.
  3. If not already selected, from the IVR drop-down menu, select Bulletins to create a new bulletin.

  4. From the Language drop-down menu, select the language in which you wish the bulletin to be recorded. Your language options are EnglishFrench, and Spanish.

  5. Click Create New Version, located to the right of the bulletin you wish to create.

  6. The Create New Version dialog box opens for the selected bulletin. Click Choose File to open the File Upload window.

  7. Navigate to the location of your new bulletin, click on the file to highlight it, and click Open. The name of the file appears to the right of the Browse button in the Audio File section of the dialog box.

  8. In the Comments section, type any relevant description for the new bulletin and click OKThe new bulletin is saved and replaces the previously saved bulletin.
