The Administrator Portal is the administrative portion of the UNIVERGE BLUE® ENGAGE solution. The browser-based interface works with most current web browsers and internet-enabled devices like smartphones and tablet PCs.
To log into the Administrator Portal via Control Panel:

As an administrator, log into Control Panel.

Navigate to Services > UNIVERGE BLUE ENGAGE on the top of the screen.

Click on
Log into Contact Center Control Panel link on the upper part of the page. -
The admin portal page will open in a new tab, and you will be authenticated via Single Sign On.
