This article explains how to log on as a Telagent, and it's part of a set of articles that explain how to use the Telagent feature in UNIVERGE BLUE® ENGAGE Admin Portal. Use the navigation above to return to the parent article, and jump to another article in the set from there.

 

The Telagent feature allows a user to receive queued calls without signing into the CCA.

Important Only supervisors can perform this action.

To log in a user on as a Telagent

  1. Access the Monitoring page as explained in Monitoring.
  2. Scroll down to the Current Agent Status panel, and click the Plus symbol to expand it if collapsed.
  3. Click to select the checkbox to the left of any agent you want to log out, and then click Log Telagent In.

  4. The Log Telagent In dialog box appears. Do the following:
    1. Choose a Username from the list.
    2. Enter the corresponding Phone Number.
    3. Click OK.
