Click on the Settings menu at the top of the screen:

Audio & Video:
Confirm your audio & video devices. Choose from the drop-down which devices you wish to use.

These choices will be saved for the next meeting until the user changes them.
Custom Branding (Pro Only):
Set your Meeting background and logo images.

Virtual Background (Beta):
Choose one of our stock images or upload one of your own as a webcam background. Or simply use background blur.

Virtual Assistant (Pro Only):
The Virtual Assistant helps to capture your meeting audio and transcribe it for you in case you forgot to take notes. You (the Host) will receive your meeting transcription overview by email with a link to review your complete transcript and Insights.

Security:
Manage what participants may access or enable during your meeting. Uncheck any of these options to disable them for participants. You can also choose to auto lock your meeting.
Note: Auto lock will not be performed if the Host is not in the meeting.

- Lock Meeting: Locks the meeting after 5 minutes it starts. Automatically locks the meeting preventing new attendees from joining. Read more in the article How To Manage Attendees In A Meeting.
Note: Auto Lock will not be performed if the Host is not in the meeting - Mute others in the meeting: Allows attendees to mute other attendees.
- Unmute themselves: Allows attendees to unmute themselves.
- Turn on their webcams: Allows attendees to turn on their webcam.
- Share their screens or videos: Allows attendees to share their screen or video.
- Use Meeting Chat: Allows attendees to send messages to everyone or private message.
- Use Meeting Notes: Allows attendees to make notes during the meeting.
- Enable themes: Allows attendees to select seasonal themes for Halloween and Winter. Read more information in the article: Holiday Themes.
General:
Manage meeting participation such as Attendees join muted, Emoji usage and Active participants highlights indicator.
- Show the join preferences dialog when I join meeting: Dialog box that shows whether you want to join the meeting with or without video, and with or without a microphone on.
- Join my meetings with mic muted: Attendees will be muted as soon they join the meeting.
- Enable attendees to start your meetings if you are not present: Allows attendees to join 5 minutes early to start a scheduled meeting.
- New attendees join muted (Phone attendees can unmute themselves by pressing *6): Attendees mic will be muted by default.
- Play entry and exit chimes: A chime sound is played when someone comes in or exits the meeting.
- Enable attendees to send emoji reactions: Attendees can send emojis in the meeting.
- Show the active speaker's name on the screen
- Show the annotator's name next to their drawing
- Show desktop notifications when app is not in focus: Displays a pop-up notification for any chat or notification via your OS interface when the meeting window is minimized or covered with other windows.
- Play audio prompt when I mute or unmute my mic: Chime sound is played when you mute or unmute yourself.
- Play meeting lock and unlock audio prompts: The meeting is locked / The meeting is unlocked sound is audible for all participants.
- Show prompts to turn off audio when joining Conference Room meetings: A dialog box is displayed to turn off audio when joining conference room meetings.

Here you will find controls for different aspects of your meeting. Most are self-explanatory.
Note: Attendees can start your meeting only if they are logged in to the app.
Echo loop detection:
- Enable echo detection - switches on echo detection; if echo is detected, the Host will receive a pop-up and can mute the attendee
- Always mute attendees causing echo – auto-mute for attendees if echo was detected

Audio Quality Enhancement (enabled by default): When a meeting participant's audio volume level is significantly loud/quiet in comparison to other participants, it will automatically adjust to fit the volume of other callers.

Noise Reduction: The Noise Reduction feature will support users by eliminating noises like keyboard clicking and other background noises that may occur during the meeting. Noise reduction is a setting that the host can adjust by selecting the new settings of High, Medium, Low, and Off.

Bandwidth: if you have a slower connection, you may want to choose a lower setting so that our platform can accommodate your connection and deliver a better experience.

This area should be used in consultation with support. These settings can assist in troubleshooting and our support team can walk you through this.
