To access UNIVERGE BLUE™ CONNECT, UNIVERGE BLUE™ SHARE, UNIVERGE BLUE™ MEET or UNIVERGE BLUE™ ENGAGE when two-factor authentication is enabled, you will need to enter your credentials and pass Two-factor authentication. Read the Knowledge Base article Managing Two-factor Authentication For End Users on how to enable 2FA.

Note: Two-factor authentication applies to desktop, mobile, and web versions.

In order to pass two-factor authentication:

  1. Enter your login and password
  2. Select one of the available authentication methods:

UNIVERGE BLUE™ PROTECT app: Push notification

  1. On the first login to UNIVERGE BLUE™ CONNECT, UNIVERGE BLUE™ SHARE, UNIVERGE BLUE™ MEET or UNIVERGE BLUE™ ENGAGE (after Two-factor Authentication has been enabled for you), you will be asked to download and set up UNIVERGE BLUE™ PROTECT mobile app. The app is available for iOS and Android platforms and supported on the following languages: German, US English, UK English, AU English, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Canadian French and Japanese. The language can be switched by changing device language in the device Settings.
  2. Enter the phone number and click Next:

  3. An SMS with the confirmation code will be sent to this number. Enter the code and click Confirm:

  4. Once the app is set up, push notification will be sent to your mobile device:

    If you are not receiving Push notification click Resend push notification on this page.
  5. Click Allow to confirm login:

    Note: click Deny to prevent unauthorized access attempts.

SMS text message

The code will be sent to the number you specified in a text message. Enter the code and click Next:


Voice call

You will receive a phone call with the code to the number you specified. Enter the code and click Next:


UNIVERGE BLUE™ PROTECT app: One-time passcode

  1. Follow the steps above to download and set up UNIVERGE BLUE™ PROTECT app for the first use
  2. Switch to the Code tab to obtain the one-time passcode:

  3. Enter the code from the UNIVERGE BLUE™ PROTECT app and click Next:
