Call History shows the lists of All calls and Missed calls for all devices associated with your account. Missed calls are displayed in red.
Note: you can switch between All and Missed calls by clicking on the buttons associated with type of the calls on the top of the screen.

iOS Android

You may want to see more detailed information about a specific call. Simply hit the i-sign right next to the call.

  • For a number that is listed in your contact directory, besides information of the call there are 3 available options:
    • Send text message
    • Call to the person
    • Add to favorites
  • For unknown numbers there are 2 available options:
    • Create new contact
    • Create new conference bridge

Note: Call history also can display information about parked and transferred calls.

Call History is available for the last three months and cannot be deleted.

For Call History in a Hunt Group when the Hunt Group is set to Ring All: if a user within the Hunt Group misses the call, they will no longer receive a missed call notification on the Mobile app when the call is answered by another member of the group. In the mobile app, the call displays as Answered in Call History and shows as Answered elsewhere in Call Details.

Hunt Group agents using the iOS or Android mobile app can view the call history of the Hunt Groups they belong to, and see the status and details of each call to the Hunt Group when signed in to all Hunt Groups.

Click on a specific Hunt Group call to view:
  • Caller ID
  • Hunt Group name
  • Call Status 
    • Missed
    • Forwarded
    • Answered
  • Name of an Agent if the call was picked up by another agent
  • Call date and time
