UNIVERGE BLUE® offers mobile applications that support both webinars and meetings for mobile hosts and attendees.
Hosts may download the respective app to Host meetings on either the Google Play Store or Apple Appstore.
Note: webinar hosting is supported on PC only at this time.
When a user clicks the email link to join a meeting for the first time, they are taken to the Apple App Store or Google Play to download the app. The app can be found by searching for UNIVERGE BLUE® MEET.
Note: the minimum supported iOS version is iOS 14 and higher; Android 11 and higher.
Note: do not attempt to join a meeting from a web browser on your mobile device.
Important: if you join a meeting or webinar on a mobile device and did not click Allow for access to your microphone and camera, navigate to Settings > UNIVERGE BLUE® MEET. Click on it and allow access.
Find your respective mobile app as shown on the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
