The UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE Desktop App Unlink feature allows you to change the UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE user account on the machine.

Windows

To unlink the UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE account from the Windows machine:

  1. Right-click on the UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE tray icon and choose Settings.
  2. In the UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE Settings window switch to the Account tab and click Unlink UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE from this computer.

  3. Choose whether you want to keep My Blue Share folder locally or not.

    Note: If the same account is re-added to the machine, all files and folders shared with you will get duplicated. To avoid this, choose Delete local My Blue Share folder.

  4. Click Close to exit UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE or Login to UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE to log in as a different user.

Mac

To unlink the UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE account from the Mac machine:

  1. Right-click on the UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE tray icon and choose Settings.
  2. In the UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE Settings window switch to the Account tab and click Unlink UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE from this computer.

    $fileSync: log in or close
  3. Choose whether you want to keep My Blue Share folder locally or not.

    Note: If the same account is re-added to the machine, all files and folders shared with you will get duplicated. To avoid this, choose Delete local My Blue Share folder instead.
