The UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE Desktop App Unlink feature allows you to change the UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE user account on the machine.
Windows
To unlink the UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE account from the Windows machine:
- Right-click on the UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE tray icon and choose Settings.
- In the UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE Settings window switch to the Account tab and click Unlink UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE from this computer.
- Choose whether you want to keep My Blue Share folder locally or not.
Note: If the same account is re-added to the machine, all files and folders shared with you will get duplicated. To avoid this, choose Delete local My Blue Share folder.
- Click Close to exit UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE or Login to UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE to log in as a different user.
Mac
To unlink the UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE account from the Mac machine:
- Right-click on the UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE tray icon and choose Settings.
- In the UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE Settings window switch to the Account tab and click Unlink UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE from this computer.
- Choose whether you want to keep My Blue Share folder locally or not.
Note: If the same account is re-added to the machine, all files and folders shared with you will get duplicated. To avoid this, choose Delete local My Blue Share folder instead.
- Click Close to exit UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE or Restart UNIVERGE BLUE® SHARE to log in as a different user.
