The Classification Summary report is a count of all call classifications. It displays the information by Client Type, Subjects (with sub-categories), and Resolutions.
Client Types and Resolutions are simple counts of interactions.
Subjects have total counts by Subjects as well as totals by the sub-category (Sub-Subject) and the Sub-Subject’s sub-category (Sub-Subject Details).
These reports are divided into inbound calls only (Inbound Classification Summary), outbound calls only (Outbound Classification Summary) and all calls (Inbound and Outbound Classification Summary).
The PDF and CSV are counts of calls by Classification.
Parameters
- From: Start date; can include date and time in the format 06/30/2020 09:00
- To: End date; can include date and time in the format 06/30/2020 17:00
- Send To: Emails report in PDF format to any address entered here.
- Time Zone: The data contained in the report will reflect values based on this time zone.
