Nine languages are currently available to the users of UNIVERGE BLUE™ CONNECT Mobile application.

UNIVERGE BLUE™ CONNECT will automatically switch to the OS language, if it is one from the supported language list. Time format will also be updated so it matches the language and region chosen. There is no manual way to switch application's language.

Changing System Language

iOS

Settings > General > Language & Region > iPhone Language

Note: on iOS, you can set application language separately by going to iOS > Settings > UNIVERGE BLUE™ CONNECT > Language.

Android

Settings > General > Language & Keyboard > Language

Note: depending on UI the path may differ, use the Search option in Settings to locate Language tab.

FAQs

Q: My OS language is one of the supported, yet the application is still in English. How to change it?

A: Stop the application, then start it again. If that wouldn't help - reinstall the application.

Q: Can I change the language in UNIVERGE BLUE™ CONNECT to the one different from my system language?

A: UNIVERGE BLUE™ CONNECT always follows the system language, and doesn't have a way to change language manually.

Q: Why has the type (Work \ Mobile \ Home) of some numbers changed after the language switch?

A: Type of the number of personal contacts, synced from mobile depends on the language of the mobile during the syncup, so it may differ from app language (Work \ Mobile \ Home).
