This article describes the options you can choose in order to export data to an FTP server and it's part of a set of articles that explain how to integrate UNIVERGE BLUE® ENGAGE with third-party systems and applications.

In the Data Export Options tab, you can choose the type of data you want to export to your FTP server. You can also choose the file format you want to use to save your data.

To choose the type of data and file format

  1. Access FTP Export as explained in FTP Export. Then click FTP Server Options.

  2. Do the following:
    1. File Format: Choose the type of format you want to use to save your data: CSV or XML.

    2. Click to select as many checkboxes as you need. UNIVERGE BLUE® ENGAGE will export all the data you select this way.
      Option Description
      Include CDRs Includes the Call Detail Records (CDR) file with voice interactions
      Include recording URLs within CDR Includes a link in the CDR file for each record to access the call recording audio file from its cloud storage location
      Include configured SIP Headers Creates a file with the SIP headers configured for your account
      Include voicemails activity Includes a separate records file with voicemail activity
      Include callback activity Include a separate records file with callback activity
      Include dialaround activity Includes a separate records file with dialaround activity
      Include chat sessions Includes a separate records file with Agent to Customer chat activity
      Include team profiles Includes a separate records file with the Team Profiles configuration information
      Include agent activity Includes a separate records file with Agent-related activity
      Include Hosted DID profiles Includes a separate records file with Hosted DID configuration information
      Include voice recordings Includes a file with all of the voice call recording audio files from the previous day
      Include transfers to 3rd parties within CDRs Includes third-party transfer information as part of the CDR file
      Include non-answered calls within CDRs Includes information about calls not answered as part of the CDR file
      Include evaluation activity Includes a separate records file with evaluation-related activity
      Include agent profiles Includes a separate records file with Agent Profile configuration information
      Include agent sessions Includes a separate records file with Agent session-related information
      Include hosted DID activity Includes a separate records file with Hosted DID-related activity
       
  3. Click Update when done.
    Important ALWAYS click Update or your changes WILL NOT be saved.
