To configure items specific to your IVR:

After an IVR has been deployed in IVR Studio, further configuration changes need to be completed via the Admin portals Advanced Settings for that IVR.
 
  1. Open the IVRs screen within the Admin Portal to see the list of IVRs for your UNIVERGE BLUE® ENGAGE:
    Configure > Inbound Voice > IVRs

  2. Click the Settings icon to open a screen with your specific configuration items.

  3. The Advanced Settings dialog box opens. Enter the relevant information in the boxes.

  4. Click Update to save all changes made to the advanced settings. A warning message appears to let you know all changes take effect immediately.
    Click OK to proceed and save the changes made.
