In the Music on Hold tab, you can select the music that will be played to callers placed on hold by members of the Team.

To access the Teams Music on Hold

• Follow the instructions given in Teams: Introduction, then click the Music on Hold tab.
  

• Use default music on hold: Uses the on hold music selected in the Global Settings page. This is the default music used by all Teams.
• Use custom music on hold: Lets you select a song to be used by the current Team only.

To select custom music for the current Team

1. Click to select use custom music on hold.
   
2. Click Details. The Custom Music On Hold dialog box appears.
   
   1. Description: Enter a name to identify your custom music.
   2. Choose file: Click to search and choose the audio file you want.
   3. Click OK when done.
3. Click Update to save your settings.
