Important You must be an Administrator to make changes in this tab.
If your account has been granted access to Schedule Manager, you can assign Agents to be included or excluded from the Schedule Manager activities.
To access the Agents Schedule Manager
- Follow the instructions given in Agents: Introduction, then click the Schedule Manager tab.
- Start Date: The date the selected Agent will start the Schedule Manager role assigned in the Role list
- Role: The role the Agent will perform in the Schedule Manager. If you want the Agent to be excluded from the Schedule Manager, choose Exclude from WFM.
- Start Period: The date vacation starts for this Agent
- End Period: The date vacation ends for this Agent
- Hours Allotted: The total number of hours the Agent will be allowed for their vacation
- Hours Spent: (Non-editable) The total number of hours the Agent has spent on vacation
- Hours Booked: (Non-editable) The total number of hours the Agent has booked for vacation
- Balance: (Non-editable) The total number of vacation hours the Agent has left
- Click Update when done.
