Overview

Bulletins are disabled from the IVRs page of the Admin Portal.

To disable a bulletin:

  1. Navigate to the IVRs page by selecting Configure > Inbound Voice > IVRs from the Navigation Panel located on the left side of the screen.

  2. Locate the entry with the activated bulletin.

  3. From the Active Bulletin drop-down menu, select None. Once selected, your changes are automatically saved.  There is no need to click an Update or a Save button to save your changes.

    Note: Bulletins that have been activated or deactivated for a queue from the Bulletins page will automatically be updated on the IVRs page.
