To change the phone conferencing pin, log in to your Account Dashboard on Chrome or Edge web browser.

  1. Click the reset pin icon:

  2. Select Reset PIN:
    Reset PIN

Note: for Webinar Plans both Attendees and Presenter PIN would be reset.

Important: any meetings/webinars scheduled in the future that have been sent the dial-in information will be unable to use the old PIN to Dial-in. Update your invitees with the new PIN. 

Our system will also send your invitees a reminder email 15 minutes prior to your scheduled event and that will have your new PIN on that email.
