You can upload a new profile picture in the UNIVERGE BLUE® CONNECT Desktop Application. The picture will appear in the UNIVERGE BLUE® CONNECT and other services that are synced with the user account.

Profile pictures are synchronized every 15 minutes. You will see your new profile picture on this device instantly, other devices will be updated in the 15 minutes period. Due to technical reasons, Outlook profile picture might take more time to synchronize.

Deleting a profile picture is available only to account owners and technical admins. Read the Knowledge article on How Do I Create And Manage UNIVERGE BLUE® CONNECT Users (Subscription Model) for more information.

Requirements

  • Pictures can be in JPG/JPEG/PNG format
  • Picture size should be less than 10 MB
  • Any side should be bigger than 96 px. You would be able to crop the image during the upload

How to update the profile picture

  • Open Settings
  • Click on the profile picture above your name

    Instructions

  • Choose the image your collaborators will see in chats, meetings and calls
  • Choose the preferred crop area and click Accept
