Get Started

To get started with UNIVERGE BLUE® CONNECT Mobile Apps, download the app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Log in using your UNIVERGE BLUE® CONNECT account, and you’ll be able to sync your mobile contacts so they’re available across all UNIVERGE BLUE® CONNECT apps. This allows for seamless communication across your devices.

Note: Smartwatches, including Apple Watch, Android Wear, and others, are not supported.

Calling Features

With the UNIVERGE BLUE® CONNECT mobile app, you can place, receive, and manage calls from your device. You also have the option to switch between your desktop and mobile during calls. The app provides quick access to admin-managed contacts and your personal contacts from other apps for click-to-call functionality.

Chat features

Use UNIVERGE BLUE® CONNECT to chat with team members or groups. The app allows you to create channels for organized discussions on specific topics or projects, helping keep conversations structured and focused.

Meetings

The UNIVERGE BLUE® CONNECT app supports HD video conferencing, allowing you to host or join meetings from your mobile device. Screen sharing is also available to make meetings more interactive and productive, even when you're on the go.

Voicemails

You can access and manage your voicemails directly from the UNIVERGE BLUE® CONNECT mobile app. Listen to messages and return calls conveniently from your device.

Features and settings

The Presence feature in UNIVERGE BLUE® CONNECT shows the real-time availability of your colleagues, making it easier to know who’s available for a call, chat, or meeting. You can also sync contacts across your devices to ensure consistent access whether you're using the mobile, desktop, or web app.
