Meeting Recordings

To share your Recording with others, we provide you with a link to your recording you may share with others if you like.  We host your Recording, regardless of size, as long as you have a Pro Plan.

To share your Recording from UNIVERGE BLUE® MEET web portal:

  1. Go to your My Meetings > Recordings tab and click on the meeting title:

  2. Choose the option to distribute your Recording:

    You may choose to share your Recording...

    • By using the Invite Attendees button where you will email them the link.
    • By copying the Recording URL and posting it on your social media pages or website.
    • By using the Recording URL in an email such as Mailchimp or another external marketing platform.
    • By downloading your Recording and uploading it to your YouTube or Vimeo channel.

Alternatively, you can share your recording via UNIVERGE BLUE® CONNECT desktop application by copying the recording link or downloading the recording:

  1. Navigate to the required past meeting and click it:
  2. Hover over the Recording panel;
  3. Click Copy meeting recording link:
    The recording link will be copied to the clipboard, you can further share using any convenient way;
    or click Download:
    Your default web browser will be opened and the file will be downloaded to the default folder.
