  2. Select Remove from the meeting

The attendee will receive the following notification about being removed from the meeting.

Disable Webcam or Screenshare

You can disable attendees' webcams or screenshare by clicking on any attendee who shares their webcam or screen and then selecting Turn off webcam or Turn off screenshare.

Lock meeting

To lock your meeting so no new attendees may join, click the Lock icon on the upper right:

Everyone will be notified with a verbal announcement and it will be posted in chat as well.
To unlock the meeting, simply click the Lock icon again.
The presenter can also lock/unlock the meeting by phone by pressing *2.
When you lock your meeting, this puts new attendees that join in a Waiting Room.
You can see more details about the Lock and Waiting room features in this article.

Autolock:

Meeting Hosts can also set the meeting to be locked automatically after 5 minutes from start if the host joined the meeting in 5 minutes. This can be set up in the Settings > Security section:

The auto lock feature will follow the scheduled meeting time and will lock after 5 minutes if the Host started the meeting on time.  If the Host starts the meeting late, the auto lock feature will not trigger and the Host will need to manually Lock the meeting.

When enabled, and a meeting auto locks, audio will play to the organizer and all attendees that the meeting has been locked. If you wish to disable this audio, you must be the meeting organizer and can disable the audio in Settings > General section, where you can uncheck the "Play meeting lock and unlock audio prompts" checkbox:

Active Participants Highlights

Active Participants Highlights settings allow the host to show or not show the active participant's name on the screen while they are speaking, or annotating, by checking or unchecking the box in the Settings > General Active Participants Highlights section:
  • Show the active speaker's name on screen
  • Show the annotator's name next to their drawing
