How To Update Phone Display

1. Navigate to Services > UNIVERGE BLUE™ CONNECT > Devices > click on the name of the device > Display.

2. Depending on your phone model you will see 2 or 3 information fields, one field for one line on the display. Click on drop down list and select option. Options available:

• Phone number
• Extension
• Company name
• User name
• Text - type your own text here
  Note: there is a 15 digit limit per line
• None
  
  

3. Click Save changes. 

4. Click Reboot the phone for the change to take affect.
