To park a call on the Yealink W52 handset:

  1. Press the Ext. Call soft key during a call.
  2. Enter the Call Park extension 9000 (or specific Call Park group listed on the account).
  3. You can let the phone timeout to the park group, or press OK or Send to park the call.
  4. The call on the Yealink handset will drop, and the caller is then parked. You will hear the call park code in which the call was parked on, as well as see the "900X" extension on the display screen of the handset.

Alternatively you can park by:

  1. Pressing the Options soft key during a call, and then select Transfer. You can also press R key directly.
  2. Entering the Call Park extension 9000 (or specific Call Park group listed on account).
  3. Remaining on the line until you hear the Call Park code; then hang up or press OK.
    Note: do not hit the Transfer or R key second time.

The caller is then parked and you will hear the call park code in which the call was parked on, as well as see the "900X" extension on the display screen of the handset.

To retrieve a parked call from the Yealink W52 handset, dial the parked code that was voiced/displayed when the call was orginally parked.
